POULTRYINDONESIA, Bogor – Feed is an important factor in a livestock business. Apart from having a direct effect on production performance, feed is also the biggest indicator of business costs. Then, if you look at its content, protein is one of the expensive components in feed formulations. However, from various existing studies, 20% of feed protein cannot be digested optimally by livestock. For this reason, increasing protein digestibility is an important strategy in feed utilization, saving costs and reducing nitrogen excretion.
Based on this background, Kemin Indonesia officially launched Kemzyme Protease at a meeting in the Bogor area, Thursday (23/2).
